Jorge Ordaz founded Lone Star Senior Care after watching his own family struggle to navigate the senior care system without a guide. When a loved one needs help, families are suddenly expected to understand hospital discharge procedures, coordinate transportation, evaluate care options, and manage a dozen moving parts — all while holding down jobs and raising their own children.
Jorge saw that gap firsthand and decided to fill it. He built Lone Star Senior Care around a simple idea: every Houston family deserves someone in their corner who knows the system, speaks their language, and shows up when it matters — not just Monday through Friday during business hours.
